Yes, Trail rides times can be reserved 24 hours in advance by calling (819) 459 - 2769. 2. How do I make a reservation? Reservations will only be taken by phone; (819) 459 - 2769. 3. How early should I arrive? Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked riding time. This allows us to sign you in and pass payment without delaying your group. 4. What if it rains, do I lose my money? We ride in the rain as long as it isn't a thunderstorm or heavy downpour. If your ride is canceled due to extreme weather conditions, we will provide you a rain-check. 5. What type of notice do you need for a cancellation? We would appreciate a call in advance if you need to cancel your ride. We will be happy to book you at another time or another day. 6. Do you have horses for all different riding levels? Yes. We have 60 horses, including ponies for children. 7. Do I have to wear a helmet? Youth under 18 years of age will be provided with a helmet, and must wear it at all times when mounted on a horse. 8. What should I wear? Shoes: Closed-toed shoes are required to be around the horses. Boots with a heel of less than one inch are suggested. Pants: We suggest wearing long pants for your comfort in the saddle. Wearing shorts may result in chafing of any skin in contact with the horse or equipment. Shirt: You must wear a shirt when on the farm. Backpacks: Backpacks are not allowed to be worn on the trail. Please place car keys and cell phones in a secure pocket, or leave them with our staff at the front desk. Rain: Wear a rain jacket, rain pants and waterproof footwear. A brimmed hat is suggested to keep the rain off your face. Winter riding: On a cold day dress as you would for an extended outdoor cold weather activity; snow pants, warm jacket, warm gloves, winter boots, a tuque and a scarf. 9. Can I bring my dog to the farm? Please leave your family pets at home for security reasons. We have many animals here at the farm for you to enjoy upon your visit.
